MASK FIT TESTING
WHAT IS MASK FIT TESTING?
Mask Fit testing is a procedure administered to ensure that a respirator is properly fitted to an individual’s facial characteristics, and that the selected make, model, and size of the respirator achieves a complete seal around the user’s face. This testing procedure also verifies the user’s capability of properly donning the respirator in the event of an airborne emergency.
Our Quantitative mask fit testing is performed by a Registered Respiratory Therapist who is knowledgeable and passionate about your lung health and safety.
Our testing equipment is fully adaptable for elastomeric and disposable respirators and features proven CNC fit testing technology and conforms to CSA and OSHA testing standards.
WE CAN TEST FOR THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF RESPIRATORS:
-
Disposable N, R, P Series filtering facepieces
-
Half masks

MEET YOUR RESPIRATORY THERAPIST
"As a Respiratory therapist, I see just how vital lung health is as we do not notice our breathing until it is compromised. Short- term, long-term, and permanent concerns can affect your life drastically when you still need to work and provide for your family. Sometimes lungs can heal and improve, but much of the damage is irreversible.
Prevention and education are the most important things when it comes to protecting your lungs from injury in the workplace. Properly fitting masks with the most accurate form of mask fit testing will ensure your health and safety. Even the slightest leak puts your lungs and life in jeopardy, which is an unnecessary risk and easy to avoid with Quantitative mask fit testing. Confidence is knowing you are safe."
